The
company will provide coordinator and sub-investigator services such as screening (informed consent, obtaining a complete medical
/surgical / social history, vital signs, ECG, laboratory specimen collection, processing and shipment), physical examination,
and follow-up visits; attending investigator meetings; making source documents, completing documentation &/or eCRFs, follow-up
on adverse events and concomitant medications.
Recruitment
and retention; marketing and advertising services will be available if needed.
Complement business with
the value-added reselling of eSource systems & integration services of EMR products to medical offices & research
clinics.
